Pitta—Fire and Water—
Pittas are fiery and passionate. Driven and competitive, they are natural leaders with an athletic frame and keen intelligence. However, their fire quality can lead to overworking, impatience, and irritability. They may also have a great hunger and be sensitive to heat.
Keeping a balance between work and leisure helps one avoid burnout.
