Spirituality in our Lives

WHAT CAN I say on spirituality in one short article? How can I share on one piece of paper that which is infinite and cannot be comprehended by a human mind?

Where I am now, at this stage of my soul journey, I have surrendered the desire to comprehend anything using my intellectual mind and instead have opened to listening and feeling through the heart, and I say that there is nothing more majestic than feeling the magnitude of Spirit presence which is as equally present within me and without me…

And that is why I will state that spirit and energy are the most essential and natural attributes of who we are.

The Label “Supernatural” that has been placed on spirit and energy is so outdated and in fact very far from the actual truth.

Please understand that what I am sharing with you is a result of my personal experience, self-remembrance, numerous realisations and communication with my higher self and my spiritual teacher.

I have discovered – as have many other spiritual seekers – that we are multi-layered divine beings and every layer has its own density for Spirit to explore, express, experiment and interact with, and I find it fascinating to observe Spirit in action.

Years of deep meditations opened the way to connect to my greater self. I learned how to step aside and to surrender to the current of life because I realised that life, at that specific ‘now’ moment, is a cursor itself and a navigation map.

So everyday upon awakening I declare to Spirit that I choose the highest timeline possible and what presents to me that day I work with,; be it a specific event, emotion, inspiration, decision-making, planning and creating, and so on…

So, from these small examples you can see that spirituality cannot be separate from you and those who interact with Spirit are not just the people with their minds in the clouds but who live a full life filled with continuous expansion and exploration.

It is also very important to add that being in the present, or being in the ‘now’, which mystics describe as ‘no mind state’, is actually nothing but the true state of your being, where your soul comes forward and brings natural attributes such as joy and bliss…

You cannot find happiness focusing on your physical form and its desires; instead allow yourself to melt into the infinite, shapeless and formless being that is within and watch the magic happen.

We are the players of our own life and life is our own play and some of us are conscious of it and some are not…
